Staffing & Coverage
- •Two (2) RNs per shift
- •Providers will not be available after midnight
Roles & Workflow (SBAR Model)
- Situation – Determine urgency and need for transport
- Background – Obtain allergies and medical history
- Assessment – Evaluate condition
- Recommendation – Medicate as needed; call EMS as indicated
